Our first completed project — full design and permit-ready construction documents for a family displaced by the 2020 Labor Day wildfires. Designed in Revit. Now home.
The Warden family lost their home in the catastrophic 2020 Labor Day wildfires that devastated the Detroit, Oregon area. NW Rebuild Project stepped in to provide full architectural design and permit-ready construction documents at no cost — making this our first completed pro bono rebuild.
The home was designed in Autodesk Revit, allowing us to produce accurate construction documents and give the Wardens a full 3D view of their future home before a single nail was driven. Christian Aid Ministries provided volunteer labor for the build.
Every home we design is built in Autodesk Revit — the same professional tool used for hospitals and commercial buildings. That means full 3D models, accurate construction documents, and easy revision coordination.
NWRP team visits the site in Detroit to assess conditions, meet the Wardens, and begin design documentation.
Full Revit model and permit-ready construction documents delivered. The Wardens receive a 3D preview of their future home.
Christian Aid Ministries volunteers begin construction. Foundation poured.
Structural framing complete. Metal roof installed. Building envelope closed.
The Warden family moves into their new home. NWRP's first fully completed pro bono rebuild.
