Charlie is the main founder of NW Rebuild Project and leads the organization as Executive Director and President. He is the talking head and driving force behind the organization — shaping its direction, building its partnerships, and keeping its work focused on doing the right thing for families affected by disaster.
His professional experience spans residential design, commercial design, and government public facilities. He specializes in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for facilities operations, which gives him a systems-level understanding of how building components need to work together — from solar panels and electrical systems to HVAC, controls, maintenance, and long-term operations.
