  • Communicating with clients, volunteers, donors, and partners about project updates, scheduling, operational notices, and organizational updates

  • Processing donations or payments and providing receipts/records

A. Service Providers

SMS-specific clarification:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the SMS service.

B. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of NW Rebuild Project and others.

C. Partner Organizations

When collaborating on rebuilding projects, we may share necessary project and contact details with trusted nonprofit and governmental partners only when reasonably needed to support service delivery and coordination.

We do not transfer, share, disclose, sell, or provide consumer SMS registration data to any external organizations under any circumstances, including with user consent, except where strictly required by law.
