About Us
The Northwest Rebuild Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation comprised of volunteer Designers, Drafters, Architects, Engineers, and other caring individuals. Our mission is to help homeowners affected by natural disasters in the Pacific Northwest to rebuild their homes.
We provide our design knowledge, permit and construction documents free of charge. We provide a list of valuable resources via our resources page and try to answer simple questions about rebuilding when possible via email, even for those who don't meet our acceptance criteria. For accepted clients, we design a home for you that meets your budget, site, and needs, as well as implementing fire-hardened and energy-efficient strategies, and access to any applicable grants or low-interest loans that we are aware of.
We can provide guidance to find a general contractor and other required professionals to permit and build your home, as well as remain available for advice throughout the rebuilding process, including interior design services.
For small businesses that have been affected by disaster, we provide low-cost design and drafting services in an effort to bolster community growth and rebuilding.
